Danavest Tbk) is a securities house which also a member of Indonesia
Stock Exchange (formerly known as Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya
Stock Exchange). Established since February 1989, HD has floated 54.58%
shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange on May 2004. As of 31 December 2007,
HD recorded market capitalization of IDR 296.8 Billion (equal to US$ 32
million).

Since early year 2007, HD has been ranked in The Top 10 Most Active
Broker list out of 124 total securities house. And with climbing
volumes and market share we expect to make The Top 5 Most Active Broker
list soon.

HD offers a wide range of services from brokerage and trading for both
stock and bond, to corporate finance and investment banking. 70% of
HD's brokerage clients are individual (high-net-worth), while the rest
are institutional clients.

HD has a license to underwrite IPO project either as lead or
co-underwriter, and bond issuance. In term of financial advisory, our
credentials include advisory for Secondary Offering and other projects
related to the capital market, advisory for merger and acquisition,
divestment, debt restructuring and financing, as well as project
financing.

On 14 November 2007, HD signed a strategic collaboration Memorandum
of Understanding with Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd. The collaboration
will broaden services and markets for clients of both companies.

Through our subsidiaries and affiliated company, we try to maximize the
value-created synergy to our clients by offering one-stop financial
service as venture capitalist and fund manager.

By end of 2007, our target paid-up capital increased to IDR 212
Billion. And by end of 2008, we and our Subsidiaries will have total
equity of IDR1 Trillion.
